Welcome Bonus – Full Terms
Your first deposit at dq999 earns a 120% match, up to ৳18,500. Here is everything you need to know before claiming.
Tip: Depositing ৳15,417 gives you the full ৳18,500 bonus (৳15,417 × 1.20 = ৳18,500). Anything above that still earns the bonus but it is capped at ৳18,500.
How Wagering Requirements Work
The wagering requirement at dq999 is ×8. That means you must wager (deposit amount + bonus amount) multiplied by 8 before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
Worked Example — ৳5,000 Deposit
Once your cumulative bets reach ৳88,000 on eligible games, the bonus converts to real cash and you can withdraw freely. Keep the app open to track your wagering progress in real time.
Worked Example — Maximum Bonus (৳15,417 Deposit)
Which Games Count Toward Wagering
Not all games contribute equally. Use eligible games to clear your bonus faster.
| Game Category | Contribution Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | All slot titles from FA Chai, Ezugi, CQ9, Evolution |
| Fishing Games | 100% | Captain Fisher and similar CQ9 fishing titles |
| Lottery | 100% | Lucky Piggy and CQ9 lottery games |
| Live Casino | 0% | Ezugi, Evolution live tables do not count |
| Sports Betting | 0% | Cricket, football and other sports markets excluded |
| Crash Games | 0% | Check in-app terms for the latest status |
Fastest way to clear: Play high-RTP slots like Diamond Tycoon (97.5% RTP) or Dragon Fortune (97.3% RTP). Higher RTP means your balance lasts longer while you accumulate wagering volume.
Reload Bonus & Daily Cashback
Reload Bonus — 17% on Every Subsequent Deposit
After your first deposit, every top-up can earn a 17% reload bonus. Opt in through the Promotions tab before you deposit — the bonus does not apply retroactively. Wagering requirement is ×8, same as the welcome offer. Validity is 7 days.
Reload Bonus Example — ৳2,000 Deposit
Daily Cashback — No Wagering Required
dq999 calculates your net loss each day and returns a percentage as cashback. The base rate is 0.7% for all members. VIP players earn more — up to 1.3% at Master tier. Cashback is credited to your account the next morning and is immediately withdrawable with no wagering.
Cashback Example — ৳10,000 Net Loss (Member Tier)

Avoid These — Bonuses Get Cancelled
dq999 monitors accounts for misuse. The following actions will void your bonus balance and may result in account suspension.
- Using multiple accounts. One account per person, per device, per household. Duplicate accounts trigger an automatic bonus void.
- Playing excluded games. Placing bets on live casino or sports while a slot bonus is active reduces your wagering progress to zero for those bets.
- Withdrawing before wagering completes. Requesting a withdrawal while bonus wagering is incomplete cancels the remaining bonus amount.
- Exploiting low-edge bets. Placing bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent (such as opposite sides of the same event) will void the bonus.
- Letting the bonus expire. Bonuses are valid for 7 days. Any uncompleted wagering after 7 days removes the bonus from your account.
Important: If you are unsure whether a specific strategy counts as misuse, contact dq999 live chat support before you play. It is available 24/7 and can confirm your situation on the spot.
dq999 VIP Tiers & Benefits
There are four VIP levels. Your tier is based on total monthly betting turnover. Benefits reset and recalculate every calendar month.
| VIP Tier | Monthly Turnover | Daily Cashback | Daily Withdrawal Limit | Birthday Bonus | Personal Manager |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Member | ৳0+ | 0.7% | ৳170,000 | — | |
| Star | ৳20,000+ | 0.9% | ৳220,000 | ৳700 | |
| Elite | ৳66,000+ | 1.1% | ৳300,000 | ৳2,400 | |
| Master | ৳220,000+ | 1.3% | ৳390,000 | ৳8,000 |
How to Reach the Next VIP Tier
Your monthly turnover is the total amount staked across all games in the current calendar month. Every bet — win or lose — counts toward turnover. Here is a practical plan for each jump.
-
1
Member to Star — ৳20,000 Monthly
Play ৳667 per day on slots for 30 days. At minimum bet levels (৳10 per spin on Dragon Fortune), that is around 67 spins a day.
-
2
Star to Elite — ৳66,000 Monthly
Increase daily play to around ৳2,200. Stack reload bonuses to extend your sessions without spending more of your own money.
-
3
Elite to Master — ৳220,000 Monthly
At this level, play higher-stake games (up to ৳50,000 max bet on 3-Hand Casino Hold'em) or use daily cashback to fund longer sessions.
-
4
Maintain Your Tier Each Month
Tiers recalculate on the first of every month. If your turnover drops below the threshold, your tier reverts. Check your progress in the VIP section of the dq999 app.
Master perk to know: At Master tier you get a personal account manager — a direct contact who can process higher withdrawal requests and resolve account issues faster than general support.
VIP Cashback Calculation — Tier by Tier
The same ৳50,000 net loss in a month produces very different cashback depending on your tier. The numbers below illustrate why reaching Elite or Master makes a real difference.
| VIP Tier | Cashback Rate | On ৳50,000 Net Loss | On ৳200,000 Net Loss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member | 0.7% | ৳350 | ৳1,400 |
| Star | 0.9% | ৳450 | ৳1,800 |
| Elite | 1.1% | ৳550 | ৳2,200 |
| Master | 1.3% | ৳650 | ৳2,600 |
Cashback is credited with no wagering requirement. You can transfer it to your withdrawal balance immediately. Use the dq999 app to check your cashback history any time.
